We are one of the biggest community-based Skater Hockey Clubs in the UK, we are based in Chipping Norton in West Oxfordshire.

Our Chipping Norton club was originally started by Dave Edwards in 2009, when he coached Street Hockey on the Worcester Road MUGA (multi-usage gaming area), with the Playbus.  Starting with a handful of players we have grown in numbers and now train at Chipping Norton Leisure Centre.

We proudly field teams at Peewee, Youth and Junior levels – competing in the BISHA South Skater Hockey League (full contact hockey with a ball) as well as Peewee and Youth in the  BIPHA Midland recreational puck league (non-contact hockey).

The club runs beginner sessions on Saturday afternoons, where basic skills are taught, and supportive coaches, team members and parents are present to give a hand. All kit is provided at beginner sessions. Every child or adult is very welcome.  We are a club that loves playing, coaching and watching roller hockey.

The last Saturday of the month is when we run our Roller Disco at Chipping Norton Leisure Centre, 4.00-6.00pm.

We welcome anyone to this club, of any age and any ability. We do not judge, so skate for fun, you may fall and spin, but don’t give up, no matter what!
