We are one of the biggest community-based Skater Hockey Clubs in the UK, we are based in a town called Chipping Norton in West Oxfordshire.

Our Chipping Norton club was originally started by Dave Edwards in 2009, when he coached Street Hockey on the Worcester Road MUGA (multi-usage gaming area), with the Playbus.  Starting with a handful of players we have grown in numbers and now train at Chipping Norton Leisure Centre.

We proudly field teams at Peewee, Youth and Junior levels – competing in the BISHA South Skater Hockey League (ball) as well as Peewee and Youth in the  BIPHA Midland recreational puck league.

Our enthusiastic teams play a full contact, skater hockey sport with a ball, we play for fun and to win.  We are part of  the Southern Association of Skater Hockey (S.A.S.H), which is part of the British Inline Skater Hockey Association, (B.I.S.H.A).

The club runs beginner sessions on a Saturdays from 3-4pm, where basic skills are taught, and supportive coaches, team members and parents are present to give a hand. All kit is provided at beginner sessions. Every child or adult is very welcome.  We are a club who love playing, coaching and watching roller hockey.

The last Saturday of the month is when we run our Roller Disco at Chipping Norton Leisure Centre, 4.00-6.00pm (currently postponed due to COVID restrictions)

We welcome anyone to this club, of any age and any ability. We do not judge, so skate for fun, you may fall and spin, but don’t give up, no matter what!
